I’ve really done it this time.

Quasimodo has got nothing on me. I can’t straighten up and I’m in bed…trying to relieve the pain.
I first hurt my lower back when I was 19. I should know better.
I’ll have to keep doing the exercises and hope that it eases.
The bedroom is nearly finished. There’s a small section at the top that hubby can’t reach, and neither can I, at the moment. It’s laughing 😆 at me.
Good old decorating hey? That and gardening cause more back problems.
This had better ease soon…I feel about ninety…so not funny.
And on that moan I’ll leave you in peace.
Thanks for stopping by. Sweet dreams.
Until the next time.
