Writer’s quote Wednesday: What a wonderful world…Take That.

I’m a bit late with this, but here is my post for Write’s Quote Wednesday, click here for details. A big thank you to Colleen, as always for running this challenge. It’s great fun, so why not give it a go!

What can I say about this song and lyrics? I just love them. It’s a reminder to us all to use our time on Earth wisely. It soon runs out.

On that happy note I’m off to drug my dog, with her medication and get me some more caffeine.

Thanks for stopping by here and have yourself a great Friday.

Until the next time.

  1. I’m such a huge Take That fan, I have been ever since the early days, mid 1990s. I stayed at their hotel when they played a concert in my home town, and I met Mark Owen who was my favourite in the lift. 🙂 I also met him once on a plane

I love the journey these guys have had over the years, whether together or solo, I have followed them. I think Progress and Progressed were my favourites, though. 🙂

    • The boys are fabulous aren’t they. I agree I think this album was one of their most inspired. Some very deep songs on it. Lucky you meeting Mark…he’s so cute and his voice…well lovely. x

  2. I certainly agree with Colleen, life just whizzes past as you get older. The year seemed to last forever when I was a child. Now, however, I feel as if my life is being fast forwarded. Please can who ever has their finger on that fast forward button, put down the remote control please 🙂

    • Yes, the days were so long and we never wanted to go to bed…now we can’t get there fast enough, or stay there long enough. I can’t remember the last time I woke up not bloomin well tired!
Oh well, just ram the matchsticks in the eyes and we’re good to go!
